Rented. This property is no longer available.
We are offering a 70 sqm, newly built, fully equipped (A/C, dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, TV, …) and furnished flat for rent between the city center and POTE. There is a dining room-livingroom, a kitchen, 2 separated bedrooms, separated toilet and bathroom, and a fine, 20 sqm. balcony.
A garage belongs to the apartment as well. Thanks to it's good location it is a perfect choice for students (2 minutes from the University). The utility costs are very low because of the new isolation and the heating system.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
