We are offering a 60sqm, newly built, fully equipped (A/C, dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, TV, …) and furnished flat for rent, between the Medical University and the city center. A 8 sqm terrace and a little garden belongs to the flat as well
Thanks to it's good location it is a perfect choice for students (6 minutes from the University). The utility costs are very low because of the new isolation and the individual heating system.
Smoking is possible in the terrace, pets are allowed.
