We are offering a 60 sqm, 2 rooms ( american style kitchen and 1 bedroom ) newly built, fully equipped and furnished flat for rent, next to the Medical University. A terrace is belongs to the flat as well.
Thanks to it's good location it is a perfect choice for students (2 minutes from the University). The utility costs are very low because of the new isolation and the individual heating system.
Smoking is allowed in the balcony, pets are not allowed.
